Refund Policy

We only accept return of items if the item is found to be damaged, defective or an incorrect order is received.

Return & Exchange policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and within a period of two days

We do not offer returns if:

  • The return is after 2 working days of receiving the product
  • The product has been opened and/or the original seal has been broken except if there has been an incorrect shipment of your order from

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed as per transacting bank and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. if within 5 working days the refund is not procssed we advise you check with your transacting bank first before contacting us. There could be delays in the banking transaction which could result in delays of reflecting of credit in your account.
